Oh, gosh! The excitement was palpable, students and teachers alike. And we couldn’t keep calm.

Ok, let’s rewind to the day it actually happened, October 4, 2019. BHIS Andheri was one of the prestigious schools to be invited to witness the NBA India Games 2019. Yes, you can eat your heart out. ?

For those who have been living under a rock, literally, the National Basketball Association is a men’s professional basketball league in North America, comprising of 30 teams. It is one of the four professional sports leagues in the USA and Canada. And this is the first time they bring full-fledged games featuring two of their teams to India with many basketball and entertainment activities. Now you get our excitement?

Well, our enthusiastic Grade 5 to 8 students and their teachers made their way to the Nsci Dome and what transpired after that is stuff that dreams are made of. To be there in the centre of the action and take in the sights that were earlier restricted to only TV and mobile screens, it was unbelievable. So, we are just going to let the visuals take over. Coz, frankly, we are in NBA heaven.
