1. List of external exams will be shared with the parents by sending an External Exams List Circular.
2. Grades and age eligibility criteria along with the tentative dates will be mentioned.
3. A circular will be shared using ERP my classboard announcements with the parents mentioning the dates of registration, procedure to register, make the payment, rules, regulations of the exams as per the exam’s requirements and study material requirements. This will be shared as soon the school receives notification from the external exam body that is conducting the exam with BHIS, Andheri.*
4. External exam dates will be also mentioned in the parent monthly planners which is uploaded on ERP**
5. Reminder message is shared with the class CR two days prior to the external exam’s scheduled date. The reminder also includes information if the hall ticket has to be carried to the exam venue.

**the ERP my class board has a notification system which will alert the parent to check announcements when the school uploads any information.
