Students of Grade 8 IGCSE poured their hearts onto paper and strung some powerful words together to create magical poems. As a part of their Graded Assessment, students had to write poems based on any one of the given themes which included Time, Seasons, Life and Difficulties.

Their poems reflected immense earnestness and sincerity, while also maintaining their creativity and originality. They wrote in varying formats like free verse, acrostic, haiku, sonnets and the like.

Truly poetry is one of the best ways of expressing the most complex of feelings.
