Health and fitness are two very crucial aspects of one’s life and to realise their importance should be of utmost priority to us. Keeping this in mind, we at KKIS Andheri had our budding learners from Nursery attend a specially designed fitness session at the school turf. The objective of this class was to get students all geared up to work out and engage in fitness strength training. Through various exercises like one leg hoop, cat walk push-ups and jumping practices this session challenged our tiny tots and helped build their stamina!
