Music is an integral part of the curriculum at Billabong High International School, Andheri. We provide training in vocals and tabla, mouth organ, and mandolin. We aim to introduce unique qualities of sound through different mediums for our students. We teach them concepts relating to rhythm and pulse and how to listen to music and their surroundings and develop a sense of music appreciation.
Our students have taken an instant liking to the musical program, and we see some stars in the making. We are proud of our choir that has performed on prestigious stages like the Raagmala at NCPA and Yatri festival at Prithvi Theatre to a packed audience.
