Who does not love chocolate? There are days and occasions dedicated wholly to this delicacy loved by all, young and old alike. Our little connoisseurs of Grade 3 turned chocolatiers in these festive months by mixing and converting daily mundane food items into delicious, mouth-watering sweetmeats. A little bit of condensed milk, some cocoa powder, biscuits of their choice and Voila! It felt nothing short of a Christmas market in a quaint European town. We hope seeds were sown for our future chefs and bakers in the classroom that day!
