Gathering together, singing in unison as the flag was unfurled, and feeling the sense of belonging to a nation that has come a long way; Republic Day was all that and more. It was a pleasure to share the ceremony with our neighboring Pragat Shikshan Sanstha students and faculty. Their all-girls chorus matched our BHIS Andheri Choir as they both belted out patriotic songs. The atmosphere was electric and yet, the sense of calm that prevailed cannot be explained. Seeing our parents come out in support made it extra special. All in all, it will remain a celebration to be remembered.
