Being one of the best IGCSE schools in Andheri, close on the heels of our annual sports meet, we have another big announcement. Our student Kavan Shah made us proud at the interschool Kūdō Championship held at Andheri Sports Complex on Republic Day. He got home a bronze medal.

If you, like us, are wondering what Kūdō is, we got your back. Kūdō is a Japanese hybrid martial art. A full-contact mixed combat sport fought with the aid of a head guard and gloves. It allows throwing and grappling as well as techniques including restraint, locks, and strangleholds. An art form that requires precision and quick thinking, it’s not meant for the faint of heart. And Kavan proved it.

Well done, boy. We are proud of you. Go forth and conquer, higher glories beckon.?
