‘NOVELS COME ALIVE’

The students of grade 6 IGCSE, showcased the country Brazil, which plays an important part of their novel, ‘JOURNEY TO THE RIVER SEA’.
Brazil is a diverse land of music, beaches, historic colonial architecture, ancient people, natural resources and popular festivals. This gives the country its multi-cultural identity.
The students through their creative presentations brought out these elements and were accentuated by the use of suitable props as a part of their graded assessment.
Overall, it was an engaging session which also broadened their horizon of knowledge and culture.
