Coming together to celebrate different cultures and festivals that symbolizes the unity of our local community is where our school takes pride in.
It was full house as the air of festivities and celebrations took over us as we celebrated the festival Eid-Ul-Adha.

Eid is a time to celebrate and share happiness. One of the most important festivals of India, taught us to sacrifice. With a short story of Sarah the teachers acquainted the children with its religious significance and important virtue attached to the festival that is ‘Sacrificing’.

They reinforced the concept of sacrificing by giving up number of things that are important to us to/for others. We don’t really do it only for our families but also for needy and poor. Through the activities done in school children learnt it’s a day of happiness, a day to forgive and forget any differences.

All these values were seen in the students as they greeted each other with love and affection on this beautiful occasion. The children dressed up in the traditional Eid attire embraced the occasion and were completely engrossed with the true spirit of celebration.

Overall our littles enjoyed the celebration with great fervor and excitement!
